The first session is about getting to know you. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.

At this time, I provide therapy exclusively through secure virtual sessions (telehealth).

Most sessions are 50 minutes and take place over a secure video platform.

Yes, I accept insurance. Please see the list of plans I currently accept below. If your plan is not listed, I can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I currently accept these insurances:

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Some clients meet weekly, others bi-weekly - we'll decide together what works best for you.

Yes. What you share in therapy is private and confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (such as safety concerns).
